Noor Academy Pakistan (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (nooracademypakistan.com) and our online Quran classes, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you book a free trial class or contact us: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and course of interest.
Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms.
Class-related information such as preferred timings and teacher preference (male/female teacher).
Collected automatically: basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, to help us improve the website; technical data needed for the website to work, such as cached pages (LiteSpeed Cache).
We do not collect payment card details on our website. Fee payments are arranged directly with our administration.
2. How we use your information
To schedule your trial and regular classes and match you with a suitable teacher. To contact you about your classes, timings, and fee reminders (WhatsApp, email, or phone). To improve our website and teaching services. We do NOT sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Children’s privacy
Many of our students are children under 13. We collect a child’s information only through a parent or guardian (for example, when a parent books a trial class), and we use it only to provide the classes. Parents may ask us at any time to review or delete their child’s information.
4. Who we share information with
Our teachers — only the details needed to conduct your classes (name, contact number, schedule). Google Analytics — anonymized website usage statistics. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies: Google Analytics cookies (to understand website usage) and functional cookies that keep the website working properly. No advertising cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
6. Data retention
We keep student and contact records only for as long as needed to provide our services or as required for basic business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Contact below).

You may ask us at any time to: tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
