By booking a trial class or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Noor Academy Pakistan provides one-to-one live online Quran and Islamic education classes for kids and adults, conducted over Zoom or Microsoft Teams by qualified male and female teachers. Each one-to-one session is 30 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Courses include: Noorani Qaida, Nazra Quran, Quran with Tajweed, Hifz-ul-Quran, Quran Translation, Tafseer, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and school subjects.

2. Free trial

New students receive 2 free trial classes with no payment and no obligation. Trial classes are scheduled at mutually convenient times.

3. Fees and payments

After the trial, classes continue on a monthly fee plan, chosen according to your region and number of class days per week (2-5 days). Fees are payable in advance for each month. Fee details are confirmed by our administration on WhatsApp or email before enrollment.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed classes

Class days and times are fixed together with your teacher at enrollment. If you need to reschedule a class, inform us at least 3 hours in advance; we will arrange a makeup class where possible. Classes missed without prior notice are counted as conducted. During teacher absence, a substitute teacher or makeup class will be arranged.

5. Refunds

If you decide not to continue after the free trial, nothing is charged. Paid monthly fees are non-refundable, but if we cannot deliver scheduled classes in a month, the missed classes will be adjusted or carried forward.

6. Student conduct

Students (and parents of young children) are expected to join classes on time, in an appropriate setting, with camera on where possible. Any abusive behaviour towards teachers will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Technical requirements

You need a phone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection, plus the free Zoom or Microsoft Teams app. We are not responsible for connectivity problems on the student’s side, but we will always try to make up affected class time.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
