The Hifz-ul-Quran course at Noor Academy Pakistan is a one-to-one live online memorization program that guides children and adults through memorizing the entire Quran using the classical Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil revision system. Every student receives a personalized daily plan, and a qualified Hafiz or Hafiza teacher listens to each lesson live and keeps every revision cycle on track.
Memorizing the Quran is among the greatest honors a Muslim can pursue. Allah says: “And We have certainly made the Quran easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?” (Surah Al-Qamar, 54:17) The promise is clear — the path is open to anyone willing to walk it with consistency. What most students need is not more talent but a structured system and a teacher who holds them accountable every single day.
That is exactly what our online Hifz program provides. In each 30-minute live session on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, the student recites the new lesson (Sabaq) to the teacher, revises recent lessons (Sabqi), and cycles through older memorization (Manzil) — the same three-part method used in traditional madrasas for centuries, now available from your own home, in any time zone, with a teacher dedicated only to you.
What is Hifz-ul-Quran?
Hifz-ul-Quran is the memorization of the entire Quran — all 114 surahs, all 6,236 verses — by heart. The one who achieves it is called a Hafiz (or Hafiza), joining a chain of memorizers that stretches back, unbroken, to the companions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is a distinction that elevates a person in this life and, by Allah’s mercy, in the next.
Successful memorization rests on three cycles working together. Sabaq is the new lesson memorized each day. Sabqi is the revision of the last seven days of lessons, keeping fresh material firm. Manzil is the rolling revision of everything memorized long ago, so old chapters never fade. Our program runs all three cycles in every student’s weekly plan, which is why our students retain — not just memorize.
What You Will Learn
Your Hifz journey follows a proven structure, personalized to your age, ability, and schedule.
Phase 1 – Foundation and Tajweed Check (1–2 months)
- Assessment of your current reading fluency
- Correcting pronunciation and Tajweed before memorization begins

- Setting your personal daily portion (Sabaq) target with your teacher
Phase 2 – Memorization with Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil (ongoing)

- Most students complete the full Quran in 2 to 4 years at a steady pace
Phase 3 – Consolidation and Revision Mastery (3–6 months)
- Full revision cycles of the entire memorized Quran
- Timed recitation practice to build fluency and confidence
- Preparation for leading Taraweeh or earning Ijazah in Hifz

Class Timings
Hifz students do their best work in the early morning, when the mind is fresh — so many of our memorizers book dawn slots before school or work. But the timetable is entirely yours: choose any 30-minute window, up to five days a week, across every time zone from the USA and Canada to the UK, Europe, the Gulf, Pakistan, and Australia.
For serious Hifz, we recommend five sessions a week: the daily rhythm of reciting to your teacher is what keeps memorization strong. And because life happens, missed classes can be rescheduled with advance notice — your Manzil revision plan simply adjusts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to memorize the entire Quran online?
With five classes a week and consistent revision, most students complete the full Quran in 2 to 4 years. The timeline depends on your daily portion — some memorize a page a day, others half a page — and on never skipping revision cycles. Your teacher will set a realistic target after assessing you in the free trial.
How much should my child memorize each day?
That depends on age and ability, and your teacher will decide it carefully — typically between half a page and one full page for school-age children. We firmly believe quality beats quantity: a small portion memorized perfectly and revised properly is worth far more than pages rushed and forgotten.
How do you make sure old lessons are not forgotten?
Through the Manzil system. Every week your child recites a rotating portion of previously memorized Juz back to the teacher, in addition to the daily Sabqi revision of recent lessons. We also run periodic full-revision tests. Forgetting is normal — our system is designed to catch it early and repair it.
Can adults really memorize the Quran?
Absolutely. A significant share of our Hifz students are adults — including working professionals and parents. Adults often memorize more slowly but retain more deeply, and smaller daily portions fit around jobs and families. Many of our adult students have completed multiple Juz, and some the entire Quran.
What happens if we miss classes?
Life happens, and we plan for it. Just inform us in advance and we will reschedule your session. Your teacher will adjust the week’s Sabaq and Manzil plan so a missed day never snowballs into lost momentum. Consistency over months matters far more than perfection every week.
Is there a free trial for the Hifz course?
Yes. Every plan begins with two completely free trial classes. The teacher will assess the student’s reading fluency and memory, outline a realistic Hifz plan with timelines, and answer all your questions — with no card details and no obligation to continue.
